I’m looking for a role where I can own 2nd/3rd line support and reliable systems operations—especially in industrial/OT environments—while contributing security best practices, improving processes, and mentoring teammates. I’m relocating to the Netherlands and travel-ready.

I’m a results-driven IT Systems and Support Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting multi-site enterprise IT environments, including manufacturing and industrial settings. I focus on resolving complex hardware, software, and network incidents while keeping systems stable and dependable.

In my roles, I deliver 2nd/3rd line support across Windows OS, Windows Server, and Linux, with strong administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 tools like Exchange Online and SharePoint/Teams. I also deploy and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environments to support operational workloads.

I’m experienced in factory-floor and OT support, including SCADA systems, production line terminals, industrial PCs, and barcode scanners. I combine troubleshooting expertise with structured problem-solving to maintain high service quality and minimize downtime.

I also enjoy mentoring—formally guiding junior IT engineers through onboarding, knowledge transfer, and professional development. With CompTIA Security+ certification, I bring a security-minded approach to access controls, system hardening, patch management, and incident investigation, and I’m fully willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
