At Newfire Global Partners, I lead quality engineering for a healthcare platform handling sensitive data under HIPAA and GDPR. I manage eight QA engineers and own test strategy, quality gates, and release readiness.
I architected a 12-agent QA framework on Claude that turns requirements into testware, with evidence-based AI outputs and escalation instead of guessing. I also connected Claude with Playwright MCP, Azure DevOps, and Datadog for testing and incident investigation.
At JIT Team, for Energy Aspects (OilX), I built the Playwright and TypeScript automation framework for the OilX analytics platform. Parallelisation and cleanup cut regression time by about 40%, while flaky test failures fell by more than 80% across CI pipelines.
Earlier, I led automation for an AI/ML-driven iGaming platform at Symphony Solutions and built UI and API automation for membership and marketing platforms at Infosys (Adidas). My experience also includes automation for Cisco FireAMP, Stealthwatch, and RetailMeNot, plus telecom billing and enterprise backup support.
