What I'm looking for

I am looking for a senior QA/automation leadership role where I can build reliable test frameworks, mentor teams, drive CI stability, and work on challenging end-to-end automation in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

I am a Senior Quality Engineer with over 16 years of commercial experience and 18 years in the field, specializing in test automation, exploratory testing, and QA leadership. I bring broad testing knowledge backed by ISTQB certification and fluency in English.

I develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web, Mobile and API testing using C#, Java and Typescript, and tools such as Selenium, Playwright and Appium. I built project-specific frameworks, integrated CI/CD workflows, and authored a GitHub Action to convert SpecFlow .trx results to modern HTML reports.

In my current role I act as Tech Lead Quality Engineer, optimizing test suites, eliminating flaky tests, and sharing automation standards across teams. I have led migrations (SpecFlow to Reqnroll), evaluated third-party testing labs and tools, and incorporated Playwright-like capabilities into Selenium-based frameworks.

I seek to solve challenging quality problems, mentor engineers, and deliver reliable end-to-end testing solutions that improve CI stability and accelerate delivery.
