Before returning to sales, I owned and operated Head to Tails LLC from 2010 to 2025, building a pet grooming business grounded in dependable service, customer care, and a commitment to helping people and animals. I began professional grooming at Fancy Fur in 2008 and trained new staff in animal handling and grooming best practices.

My animal-care career started as a volunteer at Westwood Animal Hospital at age 13. I supported surgery and exam rooms, cared for sick animals, and progressed to Office Manager while overseeing daily clinic operations.

I've also managed a 25-person call center team at Dytel, leading fundraising efforts for organizations including the Fraternal Order of Police and AMVETS. I bring more than 20 years of experience across sales, veterinary services, team leadership, and small-business operations.
