What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead education and workforce strategy that expands access, career pathways, industry-recognized credentials, work-based learning, and student outcomes through strong cross-sector partnerships.

At Cincinnati Public Schools, I lead districtwide strategic planning and MTSS alignment for more than 36,000 students, translating priorities into execution plans, measures, and operating routines.

I've built partnerships with nonprofits, agencies, employers, and community organizations to expand student supports and opportunity pathways. I work across Academics, student support services, Finance, and Operations to align resources, clarify decisions, and improve delivery.

As Career and Technical Education Manager, I expanded career pathways, credential attainment, and work-based learning while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and securing grants for workforce readiness supports.

Earlier, I led Taft Information Technology High School, strengthening culture, learning conditions, and family and community partnerships. My positive culture model was recognized by the Ohio Department of Education.
