I seek a senior education leadership role where I can drive equity-focused curriculum, scale data-informed interventions, lead multi-site teams, and partner with stakeholders to improve student outcomes and institutional effectiveness.

I am a visionary, results-driven academic leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in K–12 and higher education, specializing in curriculum and instructional leadership, institutional effectiveness, and multi-campus oversight.

I have led district-wide curriculum alignment, built high-performing instructional leadership teams, and implemented data systems and protocols that boosted student outcomes, closed performance gaps, and improved school ratings.
