• Responsible for accelerating the Cloud adoption of the Hazelcasts SaaS
product (named "Viridian").
• Product owner for an in-memory database application (IMDB) and responsible
for performance, scalability, resiliency, and utilization needs of the customer
workloads.
• An expert in Hazelcast's real-time data platform core capabilities including
storage and streaming in the cloud.

• Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune Product Manager for Microsoft FastTrack
• Launched successful "20 customers by December 20th" campaign to onboard
20 new pilot customers onto Microsoft's Windows 11 FastTrack solution!
• As a Sr. Product\Program Manager, I led the Windows 365 and Windows 11
launch inside of FastTrack in Microsoft.

Product Management Change leader who works with key stakeholders in all
of the FastTrack teams including Operations, Automation, Partner, Security
& Compliance Incubation, Migration, Business Management, and Program
Management to shape the necessary changes needed across the people,
process, and tools within the FastTrack system. Guided its evolution as it grows
in support of FastTrack.

• Senior Project Lead for a $100+ Million dollar programs migrating customers
to Azure-based networking solutions.
• Led technical Azure teams in migrating 10,000+ users to Azure Cloud
Networking.
• Facilitating project milestones across multiple, geographically dispersed
assessment teams to produce best in class Cloud solutions.
• Pioneering new IP initiatives in Communications

IT Project Delivery Manager
• Complete design, development, testing, governance, and monitoring of IT
Systems deployment for multiple Metro Area Offices.
• Signed and delivered multiple sub-contracting agreements with multiple firms
including GDIT, Buchanan and Edwards, ShoreIT Solutions and others.
• Lead design team and development of SharePoint 2013 Master Page\ Page

Successfully managed 200,000 user clients with over 10 TB of SharePoint Data in house.
Manager of 60+ Microsoft 2008 Servers using only Microsoft build-in performance monitoring and analysis tools.
Supervised and DEVOPS deployed over 180 custom software solutions to 4 different SharePoint farms.

Managed helpdesks of 15-30 people in Colorado, Washington, Iraq, Qatar.
Responsable for performance management and mentorship of 5 direct report.
Restored damaged/destroyed military installation communications across the Middle East.
