At Cboe Global Markets, I lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing for Operations across exchange platforms in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. I maintain continuity and recovery plans, coordinate annual Business Impact Analysis assessments, and use findings to improve plans and Recovery Time Objectives.
I also drive ransomware resilience and bare metal restore testing in dedicated recovery environments. I use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Atlassian Rovo to accelerate documentation and analysis, and I'm developing RAG-based and vector search approaches for operational knowledge management.
At Cboe Europe BV, I led day-to-day operations and incident, change, and release management, and implemented DORA Pillar 2 incident workflows. I also served on the Cboe Europe BV Board of Directors, contributing to oversight of technology resilience, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
