As Chief Operating Officer, I was selected by ownership to lead enterprise transformation and help prepare the organization for potential public offering and accelerated growth. I led enterprise product and operational transformation initiatives, increasing annual revenue 28% (from $3.2M to approximately $4.1M), projected annualized savings of $82K, and lowered payroll costs by approximately $565K by redesigning workflows and streamlining operations.

I also implement governance frameworks for Change Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery to improve infrastructure reliability, resilience, and risk visibility. Previously, I designed SOX and SOC 2 control frameworks, led enterprise risk assessments, and built Identity and Access Management capabilities—grounded in control framework development, gap analysis and remediation, and continuous compliance improvement.
