Currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the Ajira Digital Program, I develop and implement robust procedures to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing. I enhance monitoring and evaluation practices, organize training sessions, and build a sophisticated data infrastructure to support program success.

As a consultant for the Circular Economy Knowledge Hub, I implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for sustainable business initiatives. I develop databases, organize training sessions, and prepare reports to document progress and impact.

In this role, I developed monitoring and evaluation procedures for the Kenya Youth Employment & Opportunities Project. I established impact indicators, monitored project activities, and provided feedback to enhance project effectiveness.

Developed statistical tools and methodologies for the Kenya Youth Employment Program. Conducted capacity-building sessions and managed project data systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Supported the Senior MEL Specialist in developing the M&E system for the Kenya Youth Employment and Skills Program. I assisted in data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high-quality data collection at the field level.

Created statistical tools to enhance project implementation for the Protracted Relief and Recovery Operations. Conducted training for project teams and supported data management for effective program delivery.

Managed the account opening department, supervised operations, and provided financial advice to corporate clients. Handled credit applications and served as Cash Management officer.
