I’m a detail-oriented project coordination professional who plans and runs concurrent workstreams from concept through completion. In my current role as a Project Manager and Designer, I align crews, sites, and materials to support on-time delivery and high-quality execution.

I use project tracing tools such as Gantt charts to maintain schedule awareness, task prioritization, and clear project status. I calculate and distribute job estimates, prepare itemized billing, and maintain accurate back-end records, including timesheets and quotes, so teams and leadership can make decisions with confidence.

To keep projects moving, I collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize work, resolve on-site issues, and stay aligned with customer expectations and deadlines. I also identify opportunities to improve material organization and workflows, helping ensure delivery remains within scope.

Before this, I led golf course maintenance operations, planning daily tasks, overseeing major course repair projects, and coordinating with other staff to return play to normal quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards. Earlier experience included high-accuracy database entry, creating accessible written materials, and fielding public calls with de-escalation skills—work that strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and follow through under pressure.
