At Alshaya Group, I led Oracle Retail RMS and Oracle SaaS Fusion data migrations and cutovers for 10 brands, including H&M, Boots, and William Sonoma, covering over 2 million SKUs across 1,000 stores and warehouses.
I developed migration plans, coordinated project goals and requirements with stakeholders, and managed project schedules and Data Migration and Data Quality JIRA boards. I also developed automation tools for data quality checks and reconciliation reporting.
At The Shoprite Group of Companies, I managed Data Migration and Services and developed a data management framework. I delivered SAP migration and cutover work, including profiling and transforming over 4,000 articles, and a data quality dashboard for the Shoprite Article Product Master.
Earlier at The Shoprite Group of Companies, I supported data profiling, cleansing, and cutover for the SAP COR3 project, delivering a 95% quality measure for data transformation and data quality for over 130,000 articles. I’ve worked across data quality, governance, migration, and project management in IT, retail, and FMCG.
