What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build strong relationships, communicate clearly, uphold safety standards, and contribute positive energy while continuing to learn.

I've supported commercial customers as an OTR, commercial, and passenger tire technician at Kal Tire, operated roadside service trucks, and followed strict rail operating procedures as a freight train conductor with CPKC.

More recently, I've explained life insurance to workers and families at American Income Life Canada, built a client portfolio, and helped Ashley Homestore customers find furniture that fits their needs and space. I bring a safety-first mindset, calm communication during change, and a genuinely positive approach to customer service.
