At Heartwood Renovations, I manage residential and commercial construction and renovation projects, from bespoke luxury custom homes to professional office spaces and whole-home renovations.
I coordinate clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, and internal teams through design and construction. I manage planning and execution, including schedules, resources, costs, risks, and quality.
I also support contract administration and procurement, reviewing scopes and bids, negotiating contracts, and handling change orders and project issues. I review architectural and structural drawings to help ensure project requirements and construction details are accurately carried out.
Previously, at Aberdeen Interiors, I directed multiple renovation, structural, and addition projects while coordinating contractors, suppliers, schedules, and budgets. At AstraZeneca, I worked in sales and customer service for the Niagara and Hamilton/Burlington region, supporting a roster of family doctors.
