What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in project management, project coordination, construction, and project controls, where I can contribute across design, procurement, construction, and closeout in office and field environments.

I've coordinated residential and hospitality projects across planning, design, procurement, construction and closeout, with experience spanning project controls, budgets, schedules, contracts and site coordination.

At Énergie 3R in Montréal, I completed more than 700 residential building assessments under Natural Resources Canada programs. I performed field inspections, energy modelling, technical analysis and reporting while coordinating homeowners, contractors, inspectors and program administrators.

As Project Manager at Isiete Real Estate Development, I coordinated four residential developments totaling approximately 20 towers and 168,000 m². I tracked budgets, schedules, risks, changes and progress while aligning architects, engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Previously, I supported 13 residential towers and six hotels with Ingevec / Imagina Real Estate Development, and managed daily site activities on residential projects in Chile. I now also support owner-side coordination for a heritage roof rehabilitation project in Montréal.
