At Emory University, I oversee compliance training across Campus Services and facilitate onboarding, skill-based, leadership, defensive driving, and compliance courses.

I design instructor-led courses, job aids, and supplemental learning materials using instructional design methodology. I also collect and analyze learner feedback to improve training effectiveness.

At Magnolia Place Oasis, LLC, I provided onboarding and development training for supervisors, volunteers, and staff. I also developed employee manuals and standard operating procedures.

At Broward County Public Schools, I delivered staff training and developed operational manuals and job-required training. Earlier, I implemented school crisis plans and emergency preparedness procedures, and directed prevention and intervention programs at The Starting Place.
