At Procore, I closed the company’s largest Professional Services deal to date for Clayco by leading technical scoping, solution design, and executive alignment.

I translate technical scope into quantified business outcomes through value consulting pitch decks, impact narratives, and executive storytelling. I also connect post-sales value realization to original business cases, creating proof points for Sales and Customer Success.

I’ve helped standardize Statements of Work and delivery models, moving services from ad-hoc execution toward a repeatable, scalable operating model. I work across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to align services with product roadmaps, adoption goals, retention, and expansion.

Earlier, I managed complex commercial and enterprise implementations at Procore and supported major construction programs at FCI Constructors. On the Denver International Airport expansion, I helped establish SOPs, onboard 100+ personnel, maintain compliance across $75M+ in scopes, and support preconstruction for $1B+ in awarded work.
