I’m a Workflow Automation Specialist focused on building AI-powered business systems that actually run reliably. I design automation with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and production monitoring.

Recently, I designed and built ApptCare, an end-to-end dental clinic automation system covering intake, confirmations, reminders, review requests, and recall campaigns. I migrated the full production system from Make.com to a self-hosted n8n + PostgreSQL stack on Railway, rebuilding six automated workflows and adding error-notification alerts.

I also build AI-driven automation—like an AI-powered prospecting workflow that processes hundreds of records using the Google Places API discovery flow and Gemini-powered personalized outreach. To keep integrations stable, I implement severity-tiered Slack alerts, retry logic on API calls, and daily health-check workflows.

Whether the goal is CRM pipeline design, lead generation automation, or production workflow monitoring, I aim to deliver systems that are maintainable and resilient in real-world conditions.
