I’m a results-driven Implementation & Customer Success professional with hands-on experience configuring cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, building automated workflows, and driving smooth user onboarding. In my current role as an Implementation & Risk Systems Support Analyst (remote), I configure XML-based form components and automated workflows to support risk and compliance operations on a secure cloud-hosted platform. I also design and maintain interactive dashboards, generating timely data exports to monitor KPIs for engineering and infrastructure projects, while gathering and refining stakeholder requirements, running UAT, and implementing enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.

Previously, I supported data workflows and onboarding as a Data Support Assistant & User Onboarding Coordinator, managing member data workflows for loan processing and contribution tracking and facilitating onboarding and training for a self-service app. I resolved user inquiries with technical assistance—reducing support inquiries by 40%—and earlier experience in administrative support strengthened my ability to coordinate, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate records while improving day-to-day operations.
