I’m looking for a role where I can support customers and resolve billing disputes in fast-paced luxury environments, using Opera/CRM tools to deliver accurate, confidential service and independently solve problems.

I’m a multilingual Customer Support & Billing specialist with 3+ years of experience across luxury hospitality and financial services. I manage high-volume client interactions (70+ daily) while resolving complex billing disputes with elite service standards.

At Constance Ephelia Resort, I handled guest check-ins/outs, supported 10–15 VIPs per shift, and processed sensitive billing requests and pre-authorization payments with accuracy and confidentiality—using Opera PMS daily.
