Travel and hospitality professional at GRAND KAZ CASINO, handling customer service and cashiering in an international casino environment.

What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Travel Consultant, Reservations Agent, Travel Operations, or Guest Services role where my hospitality experience and customer service can support clients and travel partners.

At GRAND KAZ CASINO, I provide customer service and handle cashiering responsibilities in a busy international casino environment.

At FOX RESORT, I supported guests with front-office needs and communicated with travel agents about FIT bookings and confirmations. At EARL’S REGENCY, I handled check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cashiering, room allocation, and night reports.

At SWISS RESIDENCE, I assisted with front-desk operations, reservations, booking confirmations, and travel-agent communication. I’m looking to bring this hotel and guest-service experience into travel or reservations work.
