I’m looking for a role where I can use my admissions and financial aid expertise, customer service, and scheduling skills to help students succeed, meet enrollment targets, and grow with a supportive team.

I’m an Admissions Representative with several years of experience building strong student and customer relationships through responsive customer service, clear scheduling, and consistent follow-through. I’m efficient with admissions workflows and dedicated to helping people understand their next steps with confidence.

In my current remote role as an Admissions Representative, I manage recruitment efforts and utilize social media marketing techniques to promote the institution and identify high-potential students. I present financial aid options, implement automated emails, and consistently meet monthly enrollment goals—while staying organized and outcomes-focused.

Before that, I served as a Financial Services Advisor, managing multiple accounts while maintaining exceptional service. I stayed current on regulatory requirements, checked initial financial aid applications for accuracy and reporting compliance, and supported workshops for students and parents to make the process easier, including assistance with FAFSA paperwork.
