I coordinated complex client projects from initial enquiry through delivery, balancing procurement, production timelines, quality requirements and client expectations.

Previously, I led sales and operations at Fenton, managing a team of seven across made-to-order and bespoke product lines. Across roles at Alex Monroe, I progressed from dispatch and customer care into boutique management and bespoke coordination, strengthening my experience in order fulfilment, team leadership, product launches, customer relationships and operational improvement.
