Led supply chain, demand planning, logistics and customer operations across 30+ international markets for Sheep by the Sea and Coldbreaker, supporting B2B wholesale and D2C e-commerce channels. Re-engineered purchase order planning and fulfilment workflows, increasing OTIF from 55-60% to 95%+ and implemented a global dropshipping model scaling to 40% of orders.

Owned procurement and logistics for international import-export operations across LATAM and the US. Led end-to-end international logistics, customs compliance, and cross-border trade, managed supplier relationships, and launched proprietary brands with Shopify D2C operations.

Worked on logistics and supply chain improvement projects across a national network of 9 warehouses and 9 distribution centres supporting 200+ retail stores. Designed executive dashboards, developed forecasting models and warehouse space optimisation plans, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives.

Supported research and outreach initiatives across climate change, water desalination, hydrogeology and biotechnology in agribusiness. Developed the Latin Aqua network database and tutored 50+ master's in engineering students specialising in Quality Systems and Productivity.

Pursued an MSc in International Business Management at Griffith College Dublin from 2020 to 2021.

Completed an MBA at EGADE Business School, a top-ranked Latin American business school, from 2014 to 2015.

Earned a Master of Engineering in Quality Systems and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2008 to 2011.
