I'm currently leading scheduling for D&G Solutions' C5I IT portfolio, supporting 19 projects and managing six mid-level and junior schedulers. I create, maintain, analyze, and report project schedules and metrics while working directly with Coast Guard program managers and senior leaders.

I've delivered scheduling, risk, and PMO support across Navy, Army, NASA, aerospace, Medicaid, and state modernization programs. At Dynamic Management Associates, I created schedules and risk registers for more than 20 Navy IT projects and developed an Integrated Master Schedule template spanning acquisition life-cycle tasks.

My work centers on integrated master schedules, critical path and earned value analysis, resource planning, baseline control, schedule risk analysis, and actionable reporting. I've managed multimillion-dollar efforts with as many as 30,000 combined task lines and supported customers including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Airbus, and Sikorsky.

I also build repeatable project-management processes, schedule templates, and enterprise resource groups, and I enjoy training and mentoring schedulers and project teams on Microsoft Project, Project Server, Project Web Access, and SharePoint.
