Nadeen Abdelshafy

I’m a construction engineering graduate with a focused track in project management, planning, and technologies. In my current role as a Customer Project Planner at Schneider Electric, I develop and monitor large-scale project schedules, prepare tender and baseline plans, and keep schedules aligned to contractual milestones through continuous progress tracking and performance analysis.

I also strengthen my planning and control toolkit through structured learning, including an Introductory PMP course. Through internships and my graduation project, I’ve built data-driven schedules with Primavera, used Microsoft Project, and supported cost estimation and budgeting; I’ve also applied project risk management using Monte Carlo simulation and Primavera Risk Analysis to minimize time and cost impacts.
