What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT technical support role where I can troubleshoot ISP/customer network issues, configure routers and switches, and grow in networking—while contributing creative design support when needed.

I’m a versatile professional with experience across IT technical support and graphic design, combining strong work ethic, organisational efficiency, and technical troubleshooting skills. In production and customer-facing environments, I focus on safety, accuracy, and consistently meeting targets.

As a Graphic Designer intern, I collaborated with senior designers and marketing teams to create social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters. I helped develop brand identity elements (logos, color palettes, typography) and refined images in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator based on client feedback.

In my IT Technical Support internship, I configured and tested networking equipment (routers, modems, Wi‑Fi extenders), supported network hardware installation, and analyzed network logs to identify faults, outages, and vulnerabilities. I also troubleshoot ISP customer connectivity and system setup issues, and I’m building my networking foundation with CCNA and IT Essentials certifications.
