I am a highly motivated and creative individual with advanced computer literacy and expertise in Adobe design software. With over five years of experience in IT support, web and graphic design, network and hardware maintenance, and technical project management, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to a team.

In my previous role as an IT Technician at Osiba Management, I was responsible for designing and developing websites, managing network infrastructure, and providing comprehensive technical support. I played a pivotal role in organizing and supporting business conferences, maintaining communication software, and managing sound and virtual reality (VR) equipment.

I hold a certificate in Advanced Computer Literacy from Advanced Communication Enterprise, where I received training in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Internet, and Email. Additionally, I am a self-taught creative designer with strong skills in web and graphic design.
