At CDN LOGISTICS, I led daily load planning for 35 Class A drivers and owner-operators as AM Dispatch Supervisor. I traced recurring service failures to how driver hours were matched to loads, then redesigned routes and pickup and delivery schedules; idle time, empty miles, late and uncovered loads, and hours-of-service overtime came down.
I built route and driver KPI tracking in Excel to total exceptions by driver, customer, and type and guide planning changes. I also owned controllable dispatch costs, including fuel usage, driver hours, overtime, and route strategy.
As a Billing Specialist, I was the final control point for 300–350 freight invoices a day, auditing each against its bill of lading, proof of delivery, and delivery receipt. In my current AI Systems & Automation project, I build automated data pipelines and multi-agent workflows that research, draft, cross-check, and verify output.
