What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in digital operations or social media where I can manage content workflows, improve data systems, support web presence, and grow through collaborative projects in a mission-driven team.

I am a detail-oriented digital operations and social media professional with experience in data entry, website management, and content publishing across platforms like Shopify, Ravelry, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. I hold a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology and training in leadership and entrepreneurship from Lapid Leaders Africa.

I have supported organizations in digitization projects, database creation and management, bulk messaging and email campaigns, social media scheduling and content creation, and basic web development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have worked on data management tasks at Telkom Kenya and the Ministry of Lands, and managed online stores and content workflows at The Secret Yarnery.

I bring strong computer maintenance and troubleshooting skills, experience with CMS and platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Shopify), and a customer-focused approach to digital marketing and operations. I enjoy collaborative work, program coordination, and applying digital tools to streamline processes and improve outreach.
