I am an aspiring Human Resources professional with a decade of client-centered customer service experience and formal HR education. I combine practical frontline leadership with classroom training in recruitment, training, and employment law.

At McDonald’s I supported onboarding and mentored junior staff, promoting inclusive, safe workplaces and consistently delivering high-quality customer experiences. In insurance roles I processed high volumes of medical, dental, vision, hospital, and drug claims with attention to accuracy, compliance, and turnaround improvements.
