Merile Le Bras

At Fever Canada, I manage end-to-end operations across 19 Canadian markets, from production planning and execution through post-event performance. I own budgets and monthly P&L reporting, negotiate with vendors and venues, and support market launches and expansion initiatives.

I build operational tools and improve processes that streamline internal workflows, strengthen onsite teams, and improve customer satisfaction. I also mentor Event Managers and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and Programming to deliver successful projects.

Previously at WeWork, I managed enterprise and SMB client accounts, customer onboarding and offboarding, building operations, vendors, and budget monitoring. I also helped launch the flagship WeWork x Ivanhoé Cambridge partnership at Place Ville Marie, using customer feedback to refine workplace services and engagement.

As co-founder of Hidden Element, I led brand strategy, customer research, market analysis, and go-to-market planning for a sustainable vintage upcycling brand.
