Lead on-ground marketing teams for client activations, coordinating execution and representing client brands directly to the public at live events. Secure brand partnerships and support the launch of campaigns and products for clients including SiriusXM, Ryde, and Simple Patch.

Built and operate a small business from zero investment to 120,000+ orders, managing every function personally, including partnerships, budgeting, and operations. Coordinate directly with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders across markets in India, Canada, and university communities.

Serve as primary liaison between the event and sponsor organizations, securing Arcadia Earth Toronto as a venue partner through direct outreach and relationship management. Plan and coordinate event logistics, meetings, and scheduling across a cross-functional team, vendors, and sponsors.

Coordinated daily programming, schedules, and stakeholder communication for 1,200+ international students, managing multiple priorities under time pressure.
