I’m a bilingual Content Specialist and Virtual Assistant with a journalism foundation, combining linguistic precision with practical administrative support. I’ve built a track record in high-accuracy transcription and multilingual work, supporting clients who need clarity and consistency.

In my freelance work (2023–present), I manage end-to-end content creation for diverse clients—especially SaaS and digital productivity brands—while keeping complex workflows organized. I maintain Inbox Zero and coordinate projects using Asana and Notion, so deliverables stay on time and communication stays clean.

I also contribute as an AI Data Contributor (2024–present), providing high-quality native Swahili and English data annotation to help train machine learning for the East African market. I conduct linguistic evaluations and audio data collection, qualify for specialized tasks (like Project Milky Way), and document results with a focus on quality.

Earlier, I worked in retail operations as a Wholesale Associate (Jan 2022–Dec 2023), where I streamlined daily operations, handled customer relations, and managed invoicing and inventory tracking. I bring that same attention to detail into every transcription, localization, and support task I take on.
