What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer support role serving international clients, where I can manage inquiries, resolve complaints patiently, and learn new tools quickly—using my experience in customer communication and Google Analytics.

I run an independent fashion brand where I handle customer inquiries through order fulfilment and after-sales support, including sales negotiations, pricing, and complaints. I manage the business end-to-end, from scheduling and inventory to basic bookkeeping, while staying consistent in how I communicate with clients by phone, email, and chat.

Before this, I worked at DVD Fuel & Gas as a pump attendant, handling cash transactions and high-volume customer interactions with accuracy and courtesy. Earlier, I was a sales representative at K & G Ventures, engaging customers directly to promote products and close sales—backed by my Google Analytics coursework and fluency in English, Edo, and Yoruba.
