From 2023–2025, I worked as a customer service representative (remote), taking customer calls, answering questions, confirming orders, and responding to customer feedback through phone, email, and chat platforms. I prioritize fast, accurate support while staying organized and accountable.

Earlier, from 2020–2022, I served as a proofreader, fixing errors in written content before publication. I reviewed and corrected grammar, spelling, punctuation, and other document issues to ensure polished, publication-ready work.
