I’m a Freshdesk Specialist with hands-on experience configuring and optimizing customer support operations. I focus on ticket management, SLA implementation, workflow automation, and knowledge base management to create smoother support experiences.

In my recent role, I configured ticket categories and priorities, established SLA policies and tracking, and built automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks. I also set up agents and groups, improved ticket routing, and centralized customer communications through support channel configuration.

Beyond Freshdesk operations, I bring a customer-first mindset that supports faster resolution and better customer context. I develop support process documentation and handle escalation management while collaborating with teams using tools like Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
