I'm looking for a remote customer support, chat support, or administrative support role where I can use clear communication, accurate record handling, and reliable independent work to support an international team.

I've supported students and colleagues at National Polytechnic, Kenya, handling questions, requests, academic records, and administrative documentation professionally.

With more than six years of academic records and data-management experience, I enter, check, and maintain high volumes of information accurately. I prepare reports, organize documentation, and identify and correct record errors.

I use Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel for data entry, reporting, record management, and digital documentation. I handle confidential information with discretion while managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
