What I'm looking for
I’m an operations professional coordinating office and program operations within an international NGO environment across Nigeria and South Africa. As the primary operations focal point for the Abuja office, I support operational delivery end-to-end—vendor coordination, facilities and infrastructure, procurement workflows, payment follow-through, and day-to-day operational continuity.
In my current role at ONE Campaign (Nov 2021–Mar 2026), I manage procurement from request stage through vendor engagement, quotation comparison, service delivery follow-through, invoice submission, and payment coordination. I also maintain vendor relationships across facilities management, internet services, hotels, air travel, transportation, office supplies, and telecommunications—while partnering closely with Finance, Program teams, leadership, and remotely based IT teams.
I’m also experienced in high-stakes executive and administrative support, including managing CEO scheduling, travel coordination, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documentation at Lavila Hotel (Aug 2017–May 2019), and coordinating schedules, stakeholder meetings, official records, and administrative follow-through as an Executive Secretary to a Local Government Chairman (Jul 2019–Jul 2020). I enjoy fast-paced environments, operational escalations, and keeping documentation and assets audit-ready.
