At Cushman & Wakefield, I support daily operations for a high-performing multifamily community maintaining approximately 95% occupancy. I manage resident relations, lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, collections, account management, vendor invoices, and financial documentation.

I use Yardi to manage resident records, reporting, compliance documentation, and operational workflows, while partnering with maintenance teams to resolve resident concerns. I helped support a community that maintained delinquency below 6% throughout most of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.

Previously at Centro Management LLC, I supported leasing across 15 communities and 783 apartment homes in Oregon and Washington. I used Knock CRM and AppFolio to manage prospect pipelines, applications, follow-up, reporting, unit readiness, and resident transitions while leading weekly performance meetings and training new team members.

My background also includes multifamily operations with Open Door and Greystar, along with training, reporting, client communication, scheduling, and records management experience. I bring practical portfolio support, leasing coordination, and resident-focused operational follow-through.
