What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, entry-level roles where I can combine customer support strengths with IT support and network security fundamentals, and keep growing in cybersecurity—especially web and network protection.

I’m a Customer Service Professional with over two years of experience providing customer support, resolving issues, and delivering positive customer experiences in fast-paced environments. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that help me work effectively with customers, merchants, and delivery partners.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and strengthening my cybersecurity foundation through a Web Security Essentials course. Alongside hands-on experience from a Digital Media Intern role, I’m aiming for remote, entry-level opportunities where I can apply IT support and network security interests while continuing to grow in web application security.
