What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a food safety or quality control internship where I can apply my Food Science coursework, precision, scientific curiosity, and clear documentation skills.

I'm balancing a BSc in Food Science & Technology at Cape Peninsula University of Technology with freelance copywriting and transcription work. I've completed 20+ transcription projects with 99% accuracy and written copy for clients across social media, blogs, and product descriptions.

My coursework in Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, and Quality Assurance is driving my interest in a food safety or quality control internship. I bring careful documentation, deadline management, and clear communication, strengthened by tutoring students and facilitating a weekly Food Science study group.
