Nombulelo Madzi

I've supported food quality, safety, and laboratory work across Polar Ice Cream, Lancewood, and Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

During my quality internships, I trained in chemistry and microbiology laboratories within the dairy industry and developed knowledge of quality and food safety management systems.

At CPUT, I worked in a food processing pilot plant, developed my own product, and later supervised product development. I also supported lesson planning and provided feedback to students as a teaching assistant.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Food Science and bring practical microbiology, food analysis, chemistry laboratory, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
