I'm looking to lead cross-border legal, licensing, governance, and AI-enabled legal operations for a life sciences or technology-driven business.

At Biosion, I serve as sole in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary for a clinical-stage biotechnology group spanning the PRC, United States, Hong Kong, and Australia. I led a US$940 million exclusive global license of immunology antibodies to a Nasdaq-listed dermatology company and built the legal function from the ground up.

Previously at Frontage Laboratories, I served as lead in-house counsel on two Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings that raised a combined US$1.58 billion, supported cross-border acquisitions, and advised 30 global affiliates on securities, governance, commercial transactions, privacy, employment, and disputes.

I negotiate and draft in English and Mandarin, including formal legal and scientific Chinese. I also lead enterprise AI strategy and governance, developing secure workflows for contract review, deal-term extraction, diligence, board materials, and arbitration preparation.
