I’m looking to lead global IP strategy as counsel—owning licensing frameworks, compliance, and enforcement—while partnering with business leaders to grow patent value through sound governance and effective dispute resolution.

I’m an accomplished General Counsel and IP Attorney who drives business value through intellectual property strategy, licensing negotiations, and litigation. I bring “deep technical fluency” across consumer electronics, software, chemical and pharmaceutical sciences, and mechanical systems, with deep experience in standard essential patents (SEPs), FRAND licensing, Hatch-Waxman litigation, and FDA regulatory matters.

In my current role as IP Counsel for a global video software company, I manage patent and technology licensing, compliance, and enforcement initiatives—negotiating high-value settlements and leading pre-litigation strategy and audit-related compliance. Previously, as General Counsel/Senior IP Licensing Counsel, I served as chief legal advisor for an international consumer electronics patent pool, overseeing corporate legal affairs, antitrust compliance, global licensing and litigation, trademark portfolio management, and compliance/training programs, while expanding participation and licensing revenue.
