What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support or administrative support role where I can manage communications, follow up on customer needs, maintain accurate records, and support organized daily operations.

At E-connect Global Africa Union, I managed calls, emails, messages, stakeholder follow-ups, meetings, and public events while planning weekly social media content and public relations initiatives.

I've also supported customer enquiries and Mobile Money transactions at MTN Connect Office, maintained records and documentation at Prestea Huni Valley Municipal Assembly, and created a customer follow-up tracker to prioritize urgent cases and recommend next actions.
