I am a detail-oriented university student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, focused on providing reliable remote administrative support. I bring practical experience from two internships at Ecobank Ghana where I managed records, handled customer inquiries, and prepared reports.

During my internships I maintained accurate data entry, organized digital and physical documents, and supported scheduling and coordination of departmental tasks. I used Microsoft Excel and Word regularly to prepare daily reports and ensure information was accessible and up to date.

I prioritize confidentiality and data protection, and I am comfortable handling customer support via chat and email. I am self-motivated, able to work independently, and follow instructions to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional, client-focused mindset.
