What I'm looking for

I enjoy positions that combine relationship management, operations, problem-solving, and collaboration in fast-paced environments. I’m especially drawn to companies that value initiative, adaptability, continuous learning, and strong communication.

I lead studio teams with a focus on sales performance, client retention, and high-impact experiences. As a Studio Manager and Part Owner, I co-develop sales strategies that grow memberships and revenue while motivating trainers to hit targets.

I’m hands-on with the systems that make great client experiences repeatable—managing CRM, scheduling, stock control, and client onboarding details. I also coordinate HR and administrative processes across multiple studios and deliver EMS training sessions as part of my leadership.

Beyond the studio floor, I’ve managed onboarding, scheduling, social media, and event execution, and I handled full sales cycles from quotation to delivery. I bring an entrepreneurial, brand-building mindset as a founder across ventures including a tattoo and beauty boutique and a performance-driven apparel brand—plus I achieved 3rd Place – Champ of the Year 2025 within my first year.
