At Rochester Christian University, I lead English curriculum, early college adjunct faculty, and a campus-wide “Writing for Success” initiative that connects first-year writing assessment to senior capstone work.
I teach composition, rhetoric, literature, creative writing, and technical writing, and I have designed and revised courses including Composition A and B, Advanced Composition, Critical Theory, and British and World Literature. I also advise English and Digital Marketing majors, sponsor Blackberry Winter, and support faculty through observations, hiring, and program leadership.
Before RCU, I taught writing and rhetoric at Oakland University and served as adjunct faculty across several Michigan colleges. I’m also a published writer and co-author whose work spans creative nonfiction, poetry, academic writing, editing, and community-focused writing pedagogy.
