@sidneygoldstein
Experienced educator and published author specializing in writing.
What I'm looking for
I am an accomplished educator with a strong background in teaching various writing courses at the collegiate level. With a B.S. in Education and an M.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I have dedicated my career to fostering a love for writing among students. Currently, I serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I teach courses in Business Writing, Expository Writing, and Beginning Academic Writing.
My teaching experience spans several institutions, including the University of Hawaii and Hillsdale College, where I have developed and taught courses in business management and creative writing. I have a passion for helping students hone their writing skills, whether through technical communication or creative expression. My commitment to education is reflected in my extensive teaching history, which includes roles at Columbus State Community College and the University of Colorado.
In addition to my teaching, I am a published author with works appearing in various literary magazines and anthologies. My recent publications include a book titled 'A Team Of Their Own' and several short stories and poems. I believe that writing is a powerful tool for communication and self-expression, and I strive to inspire my students to find their unique voices.
